• Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for Garner. • Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel. • Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies. • Partner with Head of Talent to define and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the delivery of hiring goals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity.
• 4+ years of experience in sales recruiting and sourcing, with digital health recruiting experience required. • Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or high growth company. • Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • Strong process designer, with the ability to execute operational process systematically with a keen eye for scaling. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to concurrently manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions without compromising the candidate experience. • Passion for diversity and inclusion recruiting and a desire to be a part of our mission to change the future of the U.S. healthcare system.
