• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and GTM strategies in service to our Chief Marketing Officer • Lead marketing operations, including business strategy development, planning, marketing automation, lead management, and data analysis and insights • Develop and implement pipeline development plans with cross-functional marketing and sales leads • Define and establish measurable objectives for the marketing organization and key marketing pillars • Create and refine models for attribution and measurement of impact across marketing initiatives and channels • Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing operations and GTM strategies • Cultivate strong executive relationships and become a go-to resource on company pipeline • Implement and optimize marketing technology stack to support marketing operations • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing operations and GTM initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on technology companies • Proven track record of strategic thinking and co-developing marketing and GTM strategies in a B2B/SaaS technology environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
