Description

• Lead and deploy customer agreements across COTA’s life science portfolio. • Own management and coordination of critical projects and work plans. • Improve and streamline internal operations across the company.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, public health, biological sciences, engineering, or mathematics. Other degrees of focus considered provided relevant experience exists. • 3-5 years of experience working at a top consulting firm in a client-facing role, preferably with a healthcare focus. • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and translate technical content to a variety of audiences. • Proficient in the use of analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel. • Natural ability to stay organized and desire to reduce complexity. • Interest in engaging directly with oncology provider organizations and/or biopharma partners to help advance their research and business-related strategies using RWE. • Interest in COTA’s offerings, curiosity to learn the nuances of healthcare data, and passion to impact the future of healthcare delivery.
