Description

• Manage ad operations for North American Inventory Partnerships • Become an expert on The Trade Desk’s Publisher Management Platform • Lead new and existing supply partners through inventory supply testing • Meet regularly with supply partners and publishers for status updates • Act as a point of escalation for supply partner issues • Work with ad serving vendors on custom creative functionality support • Document best practices for publishers and supply partners • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed • Present new channels and opportunities to internal and external teams • Partner with Inventory leadership to implement strategic initiatives • Provide feedback to product managers on new feature requests • Curate the Trade Desk Publisher Management Platform • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients and external partners

Requirements

• BA/BS and 4+ years of experience in an operational role in digital advertising • Expertise in working with DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms • Knowledge and experience with North American advertising and privacy regulations • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and large data sets • Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence software • Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers and technical teams • Ability to self-start and manage long-term projects • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills • Working knowledge of HTML, Rich Media, and Video/ConnectedTV and Audio Adserving
