Description
• As a Customer Experience at Allara, you’ll shape and maintain our brand identity • Work closely with marketing to ensure our message resonates • Create a welcoming space for members to connect and support each other • Develop strategies to increase engagement and moderate discussions • Ensure community aligns with Allara's mission and values
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in brand/community management or customer success • Experience with community management tools and social media platforms • Ability to empathize and connect with diverse audiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Creativity and ability to think outside the box • Passion for women's health and wellness • Strong understanding of women's health issues
