• 1+ year of experience in brand/community management or customer success • Experience with community management tools and social media platforms • Ability to empathize and connect with diverse audiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Creativity and ability to think outside the box • Passion for women's health and wellness • Strong understanding of women's health issues
