Description
• Support all things P&E operations and drive improvements. • Improve, manage and socialize processes for feature requests, bugs and product work. • Build internal reporting capabilities for leadership-level visibility into product performance. • Plan and manage recurring team rituals like offsites and All Hands. • Work cross-functionally with partners in Finance, Revenue, Marketing, and Professional Services. • Assist in building a new Product Operations function at Alloy.
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant project management or analyst experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines. • Proven problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills. • Experience working in a technology organization, preferably software and product development, and the ability to work with product and engineering leaders and SMEs. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment. • Nice to haves: • Experience with Jira, Pendo, or other engineering or product tooling • Experience building metrics reporting capabilities for product & engineering teams
