Description

• Responsible to staff clients' open positions within the hospitality industry. • Maintain client relationships through excellent customer service. • Manage both client and candidate experience. • Responsible for recruiting, employee onboarding, and resolving employee relations matters. • Develop recruiting plans and network to fill open needs. • Contact customers daily and ensure staffing needs are achieved. • Source for new business in current properties. • Track open and filled orders daily and document as required. • Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates without needed experience. • Onboard new hires through training and management. • Ensure new employees have background checks, drug screens, and other new hire paperwork completed. • Conduct and manage interviews for candidates. • Manage performance issues or employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, hotel management, general studies or equivalent experience. • Previous experience in the staffing industry required / on-site management. • Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. • High level of communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. • Use of Microsoft Office and web based applications with basic typing skills. • Approx. 50-75% travel around the local area.
