Description
• Monitor order statuses and identify any orders that need troubleshooting. • Assist in maintaining a control tower for Operations. • Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to research and close gaps. • Ensure orders placed are flowing correctly to fabricators. • Work directly with our Middle Mile and Final Mile partners to ensure smooth handoffs throughout the supply chain. • Arrange for reverse logistics of rugs when necessary. • Audit POs to fabricators.
Requirements
• Prior experience in supply chain management preferred. • Prior experience in an order fulfillment environment preferred. • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus. • Familiarity with Shopify or another OMS is a plus. • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. • Ability to be an effective team member and navigate ambiguous situations. • Ability to communicate effectively.
