Description
• The Business System Analyst is responsible for Business Process engineering • Managing multiple products and providing support to cross-functional teams • Plan and manage assigned HR projects according to established standards • Working pro-actively with the business to understand their strategic direction • Develop risk models and improve effectiveness and quality of deliverables • Document business and technical specifications for system development • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures • Demonstrate values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of business/software engineering experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business or related fields • Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Design & Process Re-engineering, System architecture • Hands-on knowledge of current technology standards/trends • In depth understanding of organizational people, processes, and technology interactions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Iterative and Agile SDLC methodologies
