Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams across the technology stack. • Drive innovation and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Create technology strategy, set the roadmap, and drive fast iterative launches. • Own development and implementation of software solutions across the full stack. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. • Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality and scalability. • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building scalable loosely coupled Services with low latency data stores. • Proven track record of at least 10 years in leadership roles, managing and scaling engineering teams. • Extensive experience with modern programming languages preferably React, React Native, Ruby, Go, Python, or similar technologies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a high-growth technology or technology enabled company. • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and lead change in a dynamic environment. • Passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. • Experience building and scaling performant and high volume mobile applications. • Experience productionizing AI/ML models and building proof of concepts leveraging developing technologies. • Experience building and scaling inventory, supply chain, procurement applications. • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with API management systems such as Apigee and GraphQL. • Experience in building and scaling healthcare or telemedicine platforms. • Advanced certifications or training in pharmacy or healthcare analytics. • Experience with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Procurement systems.
