Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience designing distributed and highly-available systems, weighing trade-offs, and guiding others through implementation • Fluency with: • One or more object-oriented languages (Python preferred) • Relational databases; performance tuning, sharding • Distributed systems; containerization, message queues, parallelism
