• Bridge the relationship between home health aids and clients • Schedule home visits and coordinate client services with warmth and respect • Provide exceptional care to both pediatric and geriatric community members • Remain adaptable to address the evolving needs of the community

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of experience working as a Homecare Coordinator required • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel • Proficiency in learning technical software for scheduling & training • Expert multi-tasking & time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and be a collaborative partner • Self Driven with the ability to manage projects by establishing objectives and milestones • Superior Customer Service skills • Excellent written & verbal communication • Detail oriented
