• Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously • Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timely status reports to clients and executive management, upcoming deadlines, status of delegated tasks, achievement of milestones, and more • Manage the client relationship by communicating effectively, setting reasonable expectations, and meeting all necessary deadlines
• 3+ years of project management experience • 1+ years Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience • Basic understanding of web development • Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
