• Lead a team of high-performing sales professionals • Drive revenue growth and expand customer base in the assigned region • Develop and execute strategic enterprise sales initiatives • Work closely with key stakeholders • Build, develop, and manage a large team of Sales Directors • Enable team to drive opportunities using MEDDIC principles • Define success criteria for demos / POCs • Identify key stakeholders within opportunities • Articulate ROI relevant to key stakeholders • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Anomalo • Quickly learn Anomalo’s value proposition to support team and overcome objections and contractual hurdles with customers
• At least 5+ years of experience building and developing large teams of enterprise sales representatives • Experience building and scaling a team • Hiring, onboarding, and offboarding sales teams • Building sales pipeline including outbound demand generation into Global 2000 customers • Experience selling to C-level executives • Experience with MEDDIC principles and sales process improvement • Deep knowledge of the modern data stack • Ability to work and co-sell with key data & analytics partners • Quickly learn Anomalo’s value proposition to support team and overcome objections and hurdles with customers
