Description

• Own integrity and strength of recommended solutions • Act as a trusted advisor and mentor • Deep Salesforce platform expertise • Excellent consulting skills • Conduct research and produce reports • Collaborate to create prototypes and proofs of concept • Analyze business requirements and recommend improvements • Lead mapping sessions and create requirements documentation • Drive adoption and successful rollouts • Provide training and support • Keep up-to-date with best practices • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams • Manage requirements gathering and testing efforts • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions • Assist with business process redesign and roadmap planning • Develop strong client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role in B2B • Focus on Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or CPQ • Strong understanding of B2B business processes • Ability to define B2B experience based solutions • Proficient in Salesforce B2B Commerce • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
