Community Manager

Support community metrics analysis and facilitate effective communication and events.

• Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends.
• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports for weekly and monthly community insights.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Community Managers (CMs) to ensure seamless planning and execution of community events.
• Keep our organizational tool, Notion, current with all upcoming events and announcements.
• Facilitate introductions and connections between CMs and ecosystem projects for event organization.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Community, enabling them to offer strategic guidance and direction efficiently.
• Track and report on community OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align with overall organizational goals.
• Work closely with our Aptos Collective manager by tracking ambassador engagement and related metrics, then using this data to provide weekly and monthly reports.
