Description

• Provide ongoing support to exchange partners • Assist partners in integration and use of Aptos protocol and network • Collaborate on ecosystem and growth campaigns • Implement new programs for partners • Assist in inquiries for engineering, marketing, and business development efforts • Establish internal goals for partner integration and growth • Track partner milestones and integration results • Create training courses and educational materials • Promote new Aptos products and services for network projects • Review partner communications and improve partner experience • Communicate partner updates to wider Aptos team and identify engagement opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in account management or customer success at high-growth technology companies • Ability to understand and interpret commercial agreements • Experience in promoting value through customer and partner experience • Fluency in English and Mandarin languages • In-depth knowledge and experience in Web3 businesses • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Technical skills related to Aptos protocol and network integration • Accountability and personal organization • Strong market knowledge of blockchain & crypto industry
