Description
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions • Organize and configure our data infrastructure, suggest and implement improvements • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data • Perform advanced statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights from data • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer experience, to understand data needs and deliver solutions • Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner • Participate in team meetings, contributing to the strategic direction of Engineering initiatives • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI • Identify new opportunities to apply advanced analytics and AI to drive business growth • Conduct research and experiments to develop innovative solutions for data-related challenges
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar • Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and querying • Experience with MSSQL is a strong plus • Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and data caching technologies • Excellent statistical and mathematical skills, with experience in data modeling and predictive analytics • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
