• Define approach to building a community of users and prospects • Build roadmap for community and make business case for relevant investment • Drive full-funnel community-based activities in partnership with Demand Generation and Sales • Develop comprehensive field marketing strategy with seamless execution • Build owned events roadmap • Proactively identify and execute experiments to deepen community engagement • Build connections with biggest customer advocates through diverse programs
• 5+ years of experience in event management • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams • Strong cross-functional relationships • Resourcefulness, grit, and adaptability • Ability to delegate and execute tasks effectively • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Desire to have a positive impact on customer support teams • Kind, collaborative, empathetic, and flexible personality
