Description

• Dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded leader to join as a manager responsible for developing Enterprise Sales Operations function • Build Enterprise GTM strategy and optimize operational efficiency • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a best-in-class partner experience and ecosystem • Part of the broader Enterprise team reporting to SVP of Enterprise Operations

Requirements

• 6+ years of Revenue or Partnership Operations experience at an established B2B SaaS company, preferably a startup, top tier consulting firm, or private equity • Experience in GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, forecasting/insight tools) and analytics tools (Excel, SQL) • Ability to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategy • Analytical rigor, ability to support decisions with data, and ability to draw insights from disparate information sources • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization, to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at various levels. • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit.
