Description

• Lead a team responsible for growing an ecosystem of technology partners and strategic alliances • Develop, transform and accelerate the growth of tech partners and alliances ecosystem • Build out the strategic alliance (business development) function • Lead and drive the approach for Attentive Tech Partner Program • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and prioritization of partner segments • Define comprehensive business development strategy • Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize impact and build long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • 10+ years of experience working with strategic Tech/ISV partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability, preferably within the Martech industry • Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets • Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions • Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing a team and building a high-performing, supportive culture • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for conferences, events, and partner visits
