ā¢ Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies ā¢ Communicate with various leads to sell group and season tickets ā¢ Develop and maintain professional relationships with a wide variety of local, national, and international groups, including athletic clubs, schools, colleges, sports leagues, businesses, restaurants, etc ā¢ Maintain and keep detailed records and seating charts for all groups including outreach tracking within Salesforce ā¢ Serve as the primary point-of-contact for existing customers ā¢ Coordinate with internal and/or external constituencies to obtain price estimates & book reservations ā¢ Coordinate and/or process all phases of group contracts; book orders, secure deposits and payments for season and group ticket sales ā¢ Work closely with Marketing and Grassroots teams
ā¢ 3-5 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales ā¢ Ability to build relationships and interact and communicate with customers in a face-to-face environment ā¢ Collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to work both autonomously (remote) and within a team environment (onsite) ā¢ Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask ā¢ Basic knowledge of Google Suite products ā¢ Knowledge of Salesforce a plus ā¢ Strong customer service communication skills ā¢ Previous box office or ticketing experience a plus ā¢ Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately 2-3 weeks each season ā¢ Flexible hours while onsite as game days occur on weekends and evenings ā¢ Legal authorization to work in the United States
