Description

• Lead design and UX for core product • Collaborate with PM and Engineering Leads • Work on long-term product vision and design systems • Manage design team and hire new members • Contribute to the design process from ideation to launch

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience, or equivalent • Experience working with PMs and Engineers building and shipping B2B software • Experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design and low & high-fidelity prototyping in Figma • Background in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, and typography • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
