• Play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships • Understand client needs and recommend merchandise solutions • Ensure successful execution and on-time delivery of projects • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and contribute to growth

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer facing role • Experience in Hospitality or Travel industry highly preferred • Promotional merchandise industry experience highly preferred but not required • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and order management (Salesforce preferred)
