• Work remotely as HR Specialist for BELAY’s HR department. • Manage and support data-driven projects to enhance employee engagement and performance. • Coordinate and analyze the Annual Employee Engagement Survey and OKR process. • Oversee biannual Coaching for Performance initiative and improve onboarding process. • Collaborate across departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. • Data analytics/measurement experience with HR data preferred. • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy. • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Team player who is willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed. • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.
