Description
• Apply SEC and FINRA regulations knowledge to support compliance program • Develop ownership of the day-to-day review and approval process of marketing materials • Ensure compliance of marketing and communications with regulatory guidelines • Provide guidance and training • Assist with updates to policies and procedures • Create internal controls through testing and monitoring routines • Support the Compliance team on regulatory exam support and compliance projects • And so much more!
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in role • Highly proficient in subject area • Able to mentor and train others • A love for organization • Meticulous attention to detail and process • Excellent communication skills • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work well across various business units
