Description

• We're seeking a well-rounded Director of Paid Media who can seamlessly blend high-level strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise to take our paid media efforts to the next level. • Manage and Scale Paid Media Spend • Develop, manage, and oversee implementation of a comprehensive testing roadmap that drives volume and improves returns across business lines or channels • Own and Drive Attribution and Reporting Frameworks • Manage the Team of Do-ers

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in paid media management, preferably with time in a Senior Manager or Director-level role, at organizations with two sided marketplace business models • Proven experience scaling a paid marketing program for a national and local marketplace • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a passion for both big-picture thinking and detailed analysis • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining attribution models and reporting frameworks • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams • In-depth knowledge of various paid media channels and optimization techniques • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable paid media plans • Technical proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms used for marketing attribution and reporting • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Adaptability to keep up with the ever-changing digital marketing landscape and our growing business • Comfortable with and energized by the dual nature of the role: high-level strategy (75%) and hands-on technical work (25%) • Experience working with FinTech or PropTech companies, or ‘freemium to paid’ business models a plus
