Project Manager

Drive deployment and customer roll-out success of BigID implementation projects.

• A client-facing project manager who will be assigned to work with our enterprise customers, driving solution deployment and customer roll-out success of BigID implementation projects.
• Work closely with client stakeholders in order to define project objectives, scope, business requirements, and associated timelines
• Plan implementation engagements and deployment efforts with BigID and client stakeholders while managing client expectations
• Engage with multidisciplinary internal and client teams to ensure a smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments
• Prioritize project tasks, effectively communicating project status, updates, and changes internally and externally, and working with the project team in order to meet tight deadlines
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Create customized diagrams, documentation, or process run books meeting specific customer business requirements
• Work closely with our Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams in order to document product issues, and enhancement requests raised in the field, and create and update relevant customer-specific documentation

Sales

Drive enterprise data security sales and expand business in New York.

• Identify, develop, and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and drive expansion growth with customers across a defined territory.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory.
• Network in customers and related organizations.
• Establish, access, and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account intelligence in Salesforce, including regular forecasting of business opportunities to sales and executive leadership.
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
• Responsible for territory quota and named accounts in a defined territory.
• Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities in territory.
