Description
• Join the New York-based Global Atlantic Investment Office • Work with portfolio managers to optimize capital, accounting and tax structures • Understand public market transactions and lead relationships with rating agencies • Develop models for internal and agency analysis • Manage documentation for on-balance sheet transactions
Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in structured products • 3 years of experience in project finance and/or infrastructure transactions • Familiarity across structured finance asset classes • Experience with structured finance legal documentation • Flexible, creative, and commercial individual • Energetic, inquisitive, and initiative-driven • Organized with high attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree
