Description

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across various media channels for financial services clients • Drive business growth by expanding the financial services team and enhancing service offerings • Utilize extensive industry contacts with major media outlets to benefit clients • Manage and organize financial communications work, ensuring alignment with revenue and efficiency goals • Foster a strong team culture with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Act as a senior leader in the practice, enhancing strategic communications capabilities • Identify team members' capabilities, foster professional growth, and provide necessary training • Stay updated on industry trends and employ audience-first channel strategies • Measure ROI for projects or clients and adjust strategies as necessary

Requirements

• 7+ years of communications experience with a focus on financial services, including investor relations, private equity, fintech, and asset management • Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and networking • Understanding of agency business models with strong client management skills; experience in an earned/traditional media agency is advantageous • Experience in team management and fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
