Project Manager

Manage property condition assessment projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.

• The Project Manager will perform Property Condition Assessments along with all project management responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle
• Cultivate strong relationships with the BLEW team members and the Client in order to successfully deliver a quality product on time
• Conduct inspections and write the reports for the inspections
• Communicate with Project Coordinators and Managing Directors regarding scope-of-work and client expectations throughout the term of the project
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the project
• Provide solid recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process
• Identify and resolve issues with projects
• Deliver appropriate progress reports (via PM software), recommendations to the Managing Director
• Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns
• Communicate and coordinate follow-up questions with Managing Director during the review process
• Coordinate and respond to client requests for changes in project scope

Business Development Rep

Develop and retain quality client base for surveying and engineering firm's projects.

• The BMD will need to develop and retain a quality client base comprised of REIT’s, Owner Developers, Private Equity, Law Firms, Title Companies, Corporations and Lenders, with significant commercial real estate portfolio holdings in a variety of capacities through the acquisition of new business.
• Have indepth understanding of the projects you sell in order to interface with clients and legal counsels on complex commercial real estate and zoning regulations.
• Will have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining the client relationship and servicing the customer's needs throughout the entire due diligence process, through closing.
• The BDM will:
• Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade publications, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet websites, and other various sources.
• Develop and execute a call and travel plan for the area assigned to include phone calls and appointments with qualified client leads.
• Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to satisfy those needs.
• Stay highly visible in market by attending commercial real estate industry functions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the products we sell by using samples, and client requirements, while emphasizing service features and benefits.
