• Create, manage and execute a strategic territory coverage and sales plan that encourages multi-angle access into key accounts, with a focus on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis
• Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities and documenting sales methodology
• Conduct regular outbound calls and emails in an effort to uncover & qualify/unqualify product and service revenue opportunities
• Manage and overcome objections
• Develop and execute on sales plan

• Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to address technical concerns
• Partner with clients to optimize BlueCat products and services
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting, debugging, and testing to resolve customer issues
• Own technical relationship with customers and align their needs internally at BlueCat
• Collaborate with multiple business units within BlueCat to escalate issues as needed
