Description

• Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to address technical concerns • Partner with clients to optimize BlueCat products and services • Provide in-depth troubleshooting, debugging, and testing to resolve customer issues • Own technical relationship with customers and align their needs internally at BlueCat • Collaborate with multiple business units within BlueCat to escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with networking protocols and debugging network issues • Strong experience with common protocols and services (FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, syslog, etc.) • Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP & Linux • Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences • Experience managing customers in an enterprise environment and demonstrating excellence in customer service • Insatiable thirst for knowledge and improvement • Proactive and tenacious self-starter • Capable of prioritizing and efficiently focusing on multiple projects • Passion for constant improvement
