Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in People Ops and/or Talent Management; startup & retail experience preferred • Passionate about the environment, sustainability and Blueland’s mission • Prior experience within talent acquisition and knowledge of TA systems (Lever preferred) • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology solutions • Strong analytical and strategic problem solving skills • High attention to detail, with an ability to effectively organize and prioritize • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to engage and contribute in a collaborative working environment (in person and/or remote) • An ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality • A desire and humility to always improve, learn and grow • Advanced proficiency with Google Slides is required. Experience with Slack, Google Suite and Notion is preferred
