Description

• Support daily operations, collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams. • Lead data-driven projects and help implement new processes and automations. • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure data quality in CRM (Salesforce). • Ongoing system administration and data processing. • Support, develop, and administer our internal Knowledge Base. • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures. • Daily cooperation with teams in the US and Poland.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable). • Fast learner with natural curiosity. • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a high level of responsibility. • Fluent English speaker (at least B2 level). • Interest in the startup environment and a desire for professional growth.
