Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for in-office staff for all IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of all systems. • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the office's IT infrastructure, including workstations, network devices, and software applications. • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, from upgrading system infrastructure to implementing new technology solutions. Contribute to planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to enhance our IT capabilities. • Utilize IT ticketing systems to manage help-desk requests and tickets as needed. • Help with the creation, management, and support of user accounts and access controls. Ensure employees have the necessary resources and permissions to perform their jobs effectively. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and procedures. • Work closely with other departments to support their technical needs and ensure IT alignment with business goals. Participate in cross-functional projects to support company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Growing IT Professional: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus. • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You possess a deep understanding of IT systems, including macOS environments, networking, and security. You're known for your ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently. • Effective Communicator: You have excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues in simple terms and collaborating effectively with team members across different departments. • Proactive and Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments, showing initiative in tackling challenges and flexibility in handling multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. • Team Player with a Service-Oriented Attitude: You're approachable and helpful, always ready to assist others with their IT needs while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. • Continuous Learner: You have a genuine interest in technology and a commitment to staying informed about the latest IT trends and best practices.
