Description

• Lead a team to maximize the success of Brex’s sales and customer success teams • Design and execute enablement strategy and programs • Collaborate with GTM & Marketing leadership • Optimize new hire onboarding milestones • Manage enablement tech stack • Develop playbooks and collateral for process adherence

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement, solutions consulting, or product marketing • 3+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (i.e. Challenger, MEDDPICC) • Player-coach mentality in fast-paced environments • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills • Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic GTM stakeholders

Benefits

• Expected salary range: $174,472 - $218,090 • Additional forms of compensation including equity • Total compensation package based on candidate’s location, skills, experience, and market demands
