Description

• Serve as a consultant on human resources management, organizational changes, and organizational planning. • Partner with Go-to-Market leadership and other key business partners to develop and implement HR strategies that support the Go-to-Market departments' objectives. • Partner with department leaders to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client groups. • Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and other aspects of HR to determine their impact on the company’s ability to attract and retain employees. • Facilitate talent management processes, including talent reviews and talent development. • Lead strategy on the company-wide employee engagement surveys and partner with leaders to develop action plans to act on feedback. • Help implement performance management processes, providing guidance on performance reviews, feedback, and employee development. • Analyze and utilize data to proactively identify organizational health trends and influence business leaders. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary. • Provide guidance and input on department restructures and workforce planning. • Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. • Be a lifelong learner, research and adopt industry best practices and trends (such as AI applications), exude a growth mindset. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in HR with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the technology industry or financial services environment. • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and operations in a high-growth environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, influential relationships with senior leaders. • Deep knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations. • Deep confidence and expertise with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
