• At BrightInsight, we’re building a team of brilliant individuals to drive the success of a tech-enabled healthcare business model that will transform the healthcare landscape. • The Senior Accountant is a key role at BrightInsight and will work closely with the Controller to perform and coordinate accounting duties within the organization. • Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting external auditors and tax accountants, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. • Opportunity for someone looking to scale up in their accounting or finance career; providing broad experience across financial statement accounts as well as contributing to the creation of processes/systems that will lay the groundwork for our company to grow and scale. • A successful candidate must operate effectively in a dynamic environment and have strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of general accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • High-tech multi-national or SaaS based industry and Big 4 experience is a plus • Experience with ASC 606 or ASC 718 is a plus • CPA license preferred • Highly organized, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously • Strong understanding of US GAAP • Excellent MS Excel skills; knowledge of Sage Intacct a plus • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
