Description
• Deliver end-to-end features in both the Rails API and React front-end • Support our process through technical breakdowns, RFCs, and living documentation • Maintain quality through test coverage & code reviews • Utilize A/B testing for data-driven decision-making • Think like a user and have an opinion when presented with product proposals. • Mentor and support other developers on the team • Debug production issues and solve our patient's problems
Requirements
• Substantial experience building and supporting complex Rails applications • Substantial experience managing APIs in Rails • Experience with building & maintaining bespoke internal admin tools • Experience troubleshooting bugs & performance issues in large-scale production deployments
