• Bachelor’s Degree • 4+ years with school-based operations experience • Demonstrated ability to quickly build productive and meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders • Proven ability to effectively support, collaborate, and partner with a variety of personalities and working styles • Project management expertise and ability to drive efficiency and excellence • Optimistic self-starter with prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Fluency in Spanish a plus
