• CADDi is seeking experienced Enterprise Sales Representatives in the Agriculture & Construction Equipment to join our dynamic team as we launch our first remote roles. These positions are critical to our expansion, requiring seasoned professionals capable of navigating complex sales cycles within specific vertical industries. You will be responsible for targeting and engaging with the largest companies in your assigned vertical, demonstrating exceptional grit, expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with high-level stakeholders, including C-suite, finance, and product teams. • Strategic Sales Execution: Identify and target key accounts within specific vertical industries, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share. • High-Level Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process. • Customer Engagement: Commit to being in person with customers 50% of the time to build trust, understand their unique needs, and tailor solutions that deliver unmatched value. • Prospecting and Proposal Development: Dedicate 30% of your time to prospecting new clients and 20% to crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and challenges. • Remote Leadership: As CADDi's first remote sales roles, embody the initiative, independence, and resilience required to succeed and set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to large companies within specific verticals. • Deep understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate them effectively. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside C-suite, finance, and product teams. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. • Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person for 50% of the time. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
