• Ensure all shipping aspects of Cadogan Tate’s client requirements are adhered to • Able to manage small and large projects from quote stage to billing completion • Manage the whole client experience of the shipping process ensuring client satisfaction and expectations are exceeded • To document the goods inward / outward process for international shipments • To maintain files in accordance with company protocols and procedures • Ensure inventories and commercial invoices comply to international requirements and restrictions • Applications for CITES, NOAA, Fish and Wildlife permits • Planning turnaround times, scheduling the process of collection, packing and shipping • Ensure that all accounts are maintained to the highest level
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the fine art logistics / art fairs / auction house services • Proficiency in international shipping • Sales experience • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy • Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English • Ability to thrive in a busy environment • Professional appearance and demeanor
