Description
• Develop and document all program activities • Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff • Ensure compliance with CAMBA's and funder's standards • Analyze program and demographic data for improvements • Facilitate SUNY Buffalo State’s courses and support parents through enrollment and financial aid
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work or a related field required • Two years applicable experience working with youth • One year supervisory experience • Excellent written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong Computer literacy in other Microsoft Office Suite products
