• Track student attendance and reach out to absent students daily
• Counsel students regularly through meetings, phone calls, and home visits
• Create and update post-secondary work plans for enrolled students
• Recommend and implement strategies to enhance student engagement

• Monitor students’ progress weekly
• Provide guidance surrounding the college process

• Develop and document all program activities
• Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff
