• Track student attendance and reach out to absent students daily • Counsel students regularly through meetings, phone calls, and home visits • Create and update post-secondary work plans for enrolled students • Recommend and implement strategies to enhance student engagement • Enter all required data into CAMBA’s internal database system • Monitor students’ progress weekly • Provide guidance surrounding the college process
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work or a related field • Two (2) years applicable experience working with youth • Good written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel • Computer literacy in other Microsoft Office Suite products
