Description

• Strategically lead the development and execution of the long-term product vision and roadmap for our payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Spearhead the integration of card acquiring processes and advanced payment functionalities within the product ecosystem, enhancing the end-to-end payment cycle • Initiate and drive major payment projects from conceptualization to implementation, setting standards for excellence and innovation • Foster collaboration across various teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Data Science, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product strategies and execution plans • Partner closely with Product Managers across multiple modules such as check-in, digital tipping, and overall guest payment experience to optimize product offerings • Regularly interact with executive leadership and stakeholders to report on product progress, insights, and strategic direction

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with extensive expertise in managing high-impact digital products in the payments industry • Deep knowledge and operational expertise in payment processing both in 'card present' and 'card not present' contexts, including mastery of PCI compliance standards and P2PE solutions • Demonstrated ability in cultivating strategic partnerships with external vendors and suppliers to bolster product capabilities • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leveraging complex data to inform strategic decisions and improve product functionalities • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams and interacting with senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple, high-stakes projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
