🏢 In-office - Manhattan
• Lead the revamping of our onboarding and offboarding processes and act as the main contact for new hires • Support the open enrollment process, address employee inquiries regarding benefits packages, and manage parental leave requests • Create and update HR documents including the employee handbook • Enhance our company culture by planning team events, office parties, and virtual social events • Handle office management duties, including ordering supplies, setting up workstations for new hires, and assisting with office moves
• 3+ years of HR operations at a startup, preferably with exposure to rapid growth phases • High EQ and a demonstrated ability to empathize with and support employees • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset, with a passion for refining and improving processes • Excellent written communication skills, capable of drafting clear and concise documentation • Enthusiastic about company culture and experienced in planning and executing events that promote a sense of belonging • PHR or SHRM certification, a plus • Familiarity with HR systems such as Rippling and Lattice, a plus
