Description
• Reclaim personal privacy sacrificed as smartphone adoption has grown • Flex technical skills on important problems with implications for privacy and security • Work on greenfield problems and shape engineering practices • Balance short term business needs with long term product vision • Build new or integrate existing telecommunications infrastructure • Shape and influence software engineering practices • Responsible for full lifecycle development of software products • Integrate with mobile devices to provide cellular service • Involve in new technology usage and novel problem-solving approaches
Requirements
• 3+ years of software engineering experience • Prior experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics • Fluency in Golang, Rust, Java/Kotlin, Python, or similar language • Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, cloud infrastructure, mobile frameworks, and technical tools • Passion for personal privacy and national security • Desire to work on impactful software • Familiarity with mobile telecommunications technologies • Interest in low-level mobile & networking software • Experience with unreliable networks and/or distributed systems • Fluent in Golang
