Description

• Collaborate with Project Sponsor on complex IT projects. • Ensure projects align with strategic and operational goals. • Manage entire IT project and system development lifecycles. • Solve complex business problems with technical advice. • Facilitate requirements elicitation with stakeholders. • Create project management documents for oversight. • Manage procurement of new products/services for projects. • Lead project teams through all system development phases. • Develop project management deliverables collaboratively. • Present project information to stakeholders and governance committees. • Identify and manage risks/issues to minimize impacts. • Support planning and facilitation of portfolio management activities. • Leverage project management best practices per IEEE/PMI standards. • Act as Scrum Master and provide coaching to the Scrum team.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience managing large scale IT projects. • Minimum three (3) years of experience on organizational change management and business process improvements. • Minimum two (2) years managing projects using Agile project management methodology. • Current and valid Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM). • Desirable: Two (2) years of experience in Higher Education. • Desirable: Two (2) years on cloud migrations/Oracle projects. • Desirable: Two (2) years using Microsoft Teams Planner/ServiceNow for Project Management. • Desirable: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
